Try not to make her feel shame about it... there is no age that is too young. It is a normal part of growing up. Sometimes even babies and toddlers masturbate! They don't know it is bad.
Try to imagine if your mother had caught you masturbating... Would you want her to be understanding?

I can't say whether its right or wrong but it is up to the individual. You can't stop her but you can tell her it makes you uncomfortable and to keep it private. She obviously has been influenced somewhere and you should try to find out where that occurred just to give you insight as to what you might be in for down the road. Has she got a curiosity or an abnormal appetite for sex? In any case, girls can be quite aggressive in their teen years and their associations with boys should be highly restricted in these years. Its your job to make sure she is not placed in a position where she will be making 'life changing decisions'.

well you cant make her stop. but you should talk with her about sex. because that is probable something that is on her mind and if she knows you are there for her and not against her. she is more likely to come to you with the harder things she will be faced with in life. dont only promoted abbstenence remember to mention condoms in your talk. unfortunatly children are starting to have sex by her age and even younger. and give her more privacy at home so you dont walk in on her, something as little as knocking before you enter. her desires are normal you can help them seem normal to her. no one wants to feel like a freak.

I think that is soooo healthy. Just remember she is proabley more embarssed then you think.
I wouldnt make her stop. Just explain to her its a part of growing up but that there are things about sex that is a MUST KNOW. And when she is ready you are there to talk to her about them or you will be happy to have someone to talk to her about them (if she more comfy that way.)

i personally believe masturbation is not wrong, but i think you should make sure you on the same level on her sexual activity.. its perfectly healthy to masturbate every now and then but it isnt to already be sexually active at her age.

It is normal. Everyone does it even if they are afraid to admit it. If you feel like you should stop her than do it but it's perfectly normal.

Just do not have her associate any guilt with the action, that is damaging.
