if u have the microsoft word then u can create the pdf file s ,first u need to make the word document and then download this software at this link www.pdf-convert.com/doc2pdf , that word document will converted to an pdf file .

Just use Adobe Acrobat Reader and right what you need, adobe will make it into a pdf file.

the best way to install the adobe professional version (not the adobe acrobat reader), and u will find directly the icon in microsoft word, or excel..etc have a new icon to save the document as pdf file, so i prefer it on other softwares, u can see other softwares in www.download.com after search on (convert pdf ), or go to adobe.com

If you just want to export a document as a pdf file, get a copy of open office: www.openoffice.org, it will export any document directly as a pdf and edit microsoft office formats.

Use a PDF Writer such as Adobe PDF Writer (not free) or PrimoPDF Writer (Free) - visit http://primopdf.com and find out more about it. I use PrimoPDF as its free, and equally good to Adobe with a few features not available, but for a normal use, its is an amazing product without any annoying addons.
