I heard about using Italian dressing, but I'm not sure if this is the best answer. I'm more interested in the absolute best marinade, where time isn't a factor, unlike many other questions regarding this topic.

I have four for you,
First: simply maranaid with BBQ sauce & salt n pepper. Its truely delicious & you don't have to leave it to "soak" at all.

Second: Lemon juice with cajin spice. You really cant leave this to soak as the lemon will start to cook the meat! lol, its yummy!

Third: mix a taco packet mix with olive oil into a paste. Again, you dont have to wait for it to work, you can cook it straight away.

Fourth: equal parts of soy sauce, honey & however much garlic you like. You dont have to wait for this one, but it is best left for at least an hour to get the full on taste.

These marinades can be used for all meats.
Awww, now you get me thinking about dinner! lol, happy cooking :o)

Heres an easy one.
Italian dressing mixed with A-1 sauce.
Mix them 1/2 and 1/2.
Best results if you marinate 24 hours.

I don't know, I just marinate my steaks in a little mustard for a bit of a tang then cover it up with any grill seasoning then brush a bit of steak sauce on it, but not too much. Preferebly overnight, so do it a day before. Hope this helps
