Maybe, at certain high performance airlines , like JAL or Quantas or Swiss, but most will only require certain positions for safety related duties, like pointing out the exits.
And some carrieres still send out "spies" to watch the Flight attendants performing their duties to make sure of strict compliance with the rules. No video taping of the crew is allowed.
they have lots of rules to follow, but you don't need to know them.

Ok well you arent going to get the right answer unless you talk to a flight attendant, so you are in luck. I am one based out of Milwaukee.
When giving the safety rules, you are asked to stand a certain way, because usually the aircraft is taxiing so you must keep your balance. We had to have one leg against the jumpseat while showing are demo equipment, which yes, straight fingers were needed, to be percise on the exits. When we are showing the mask we look forward and to the side so everyone can get a good view. When serving drinks our other hand didnt have to be behind our back, but that can really vary by what airline it is. And I was never videotaped, Im not sure which airline would have done that, but I can tell you that flight attendant training was harder than college, seriously it was. As funny as it may sound. Hope this helps.
We have to follow hundreds of rules, but you would have to be a flight attendant to understand, because many of them sound stupid, like those you mentioned but there is all reasoning for it.

Maybe at a regional carrier, not at a legacy. I think you are thinking of the Playboy Bunny Club in the 70's.

Personally, I don't think the perv has such a bad idea.
