This "diet" does not sound very healthy. Eating only 600 calories a day will produce more bad side effects than good. You need around 1200 to function at a good level. Also, binging on that many calories is because you are only taking in 600 a day. I'm not an expert, but it sounds to me like you MIGHT have anorexia. The best way to lose weight is to SLOWLY lose it. Reduce the bad calories and start to exercise. That way, it will be easier to keep it off. Remember that the word "diet" just refers to what you eat. But we now use it to refer to a temporary change. The first definition is a lifelong way of eating. You really should consult a doctor or a dietician. That's why they go to school for years of training. They are more of an expert than you or me.

WHOA! You sound like you are getting a bit too obsessed about losing your weight. It's entirely possible that you won't gain any weight because it's not just the calories you consume it's the amount of calories you burn, too.
Calm down. The worst that can happen is that you gain a pound and then if you went back on the diet you will lose it again and everything will be moving along fine.
Just make sure you are eating a balanced diet and exercising, but you should also remember that exercising builds muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, so you might even stay perfectly on your diet one week and still not lose weight. But the muscle is firm and you will lose inches which is way better than pounds in my opinion.

What you are doing is not really called a healthy diet. You are doing great with losing the weight, but you can't keep it off. Going on a diet for a week and achieving your goal then deciding to eat so much one day as a reward is not good. I think 600 calories a day is too little. 1000 calories is fine as long as you exercise and do a lot of walking.

hi, Rachel. once you do no longer devour suitable in view which you're under pressure, your physique is going into fat-mode. It thinks you are attempting to starve your self, so any nutrition which you do devour builds up on your physique as fat. attempt eating little yet often. you do no longer ought to devour extensive nutrition. each and every so often once you experience hungry, all your physique fairly desires is water. Diets do no longer artwork, so attempt Paul McKenna's weight help Hypnosis programme on CD or DVD. it is going to help to make you experience greater useful approximately your self often. you surely must be watching why you have become under pressure and attempt to ensure that, then gaining weight won't additionally be an issue. attempt doing what I do and write down the demanding problem and then methods wherein somebody else - a chum perhaps, might resolve it. while you're exercising on the fitness center, take it gently. exercising builds muscle, so fairly of dropping the pounds, you initiate gaining them in muscle fairly. Take the treadmill etc secure and intensely gradually enhance your exercising programme, yet do get rid of the stress out of your existence because of the fact it could lead on directly to different well being issues like I surely have now. Do issues you delight in, hear to music, and cope with your self as quickly as an afternoon - you deserve it!

whoa... calm down. I think your going about your diet wrong. don't worry about calories. worry about what your eating, how much and when... it's better to eat health foods more often through out the day.
instead of have 3 meals, have 6 meal of small portions ....
have a little breakfast, a snack, a lunch and it actually better to have a bigger lunch meal then a dinner one because your body will have more time to burn it, another snack and a light dinner. Just eat health foods, cut out all sugars include pop.. you can lose allot of weight by just cutting out pop.. and eat more smaller portions then just 3 portions... this will reset your metabolism. It will burn what it doesn't need because it knows it will be getting more in a couple of hours. and exercise.
just know that when you start exercising more, you will actually gain alittle weigh because you are starting to put on muscle and muscle weighs more then fat.
