Yes let them all know, they eat it up. Four is a good number to date at once, any more than that can get rough.

it's honest to say you like them. But don't try keeping 4 girlfriends at once. You won't be able to keep it up

no it's not bad, tell them ;)
but don't speak a lot about the other 3 in front of one of them.
for example don't tell one of them that you love the other one so much!
this definitely hurts.

then get to know them, but dont give them false hopes, just tell them that you'd like to "see where it goes" (dont tell them that you like them, just that u'd like to get to know them better) and once you get to know them better, you'll find out which one you really want, and which one you just wanna "do" & the ones you just want around as friends, and once you find out, TELL THEM.
