She should try being nice and turning the attitude down.
Most boys want what they can't have....if she's nice and looks at each puppy dog as a friend...maybe even starts calling them "puppydog one, and two..." they'll start to leave her alone.
I had a friend (neighbor) like that in high school. She was wayy hot, had a bazillion and one followers...
Junior year she started hugging on everyone...for some reason that seemed to work...like it was a turn off or something that she was nice to all guys.

Maybe she should surround herself with more girls. Try to "ignore" the guys in a way, example: if they wanna help her carry things, dun allow them to do so. if they ask her out, give excuses all the time. Most importantly treat them like the way she treat everyone else. When they ask sum questions and she dun felt like answering, jus ask the guys: Why do you wanna know? This wil help in letting the guys know they are jus one of her friends. Hope my advises help ur fren

Beauty is a curse. As some people will say. She should enjoy it and thank god for this gift. Everyone is the way they are for a purpose. That doesn't mean dress like a whore but to be who she is and what she wants be.

She should create a mask of ice on her face...not let anyone glimpse the person underneath unless you want ...put as much hostility in her glare
