CONSPIRACY be?? i mean like jail wise.. like felony conspiracy?

is drug conspiracy?

like 2 people I know are in trouble with the law and have charges of conspiring and selling drugs..

it is real bad?

how much time could they get?

tell your friends to ask their attorneys that question. it would all depend on their prior criminal histories and the allegations contained in the police report. Laws and penalties also vary by state,. The presiding judge has a great deal of influence over the outcome as well.. nobody here can answer your question with any chance of being correct without full knowledge of those things.

In most states, it would carry the same rank (or sentence guidelines) as the original charge or the next one below it. (example: conspiracy to commit robbery would be the same as robbery or the next step down)
In other words, its freaking serious.

conspiracy is a very serious matter,this can make people rich and free from his crime, but it doesn`t mean it is right or every body can do this. you have to be very careful this may cause ur life miserable and regret the rest of ur life.

very Serious. Its the act of selling for what they are being arrested for. The only diffrence was they the crime was prevented from occuring but ussually it carries the same consequences as the act it self

it depends on how much drugs ,was there a weapon found ,or if it's thier first defense but 1 year or more depending like I said.
