I must regress that I am unregenerate, but I would suggest to you the same thing that my pastor would, I believe (as he's said such before).
First off, I would suggest you ensure your own salvation, which is something a person should be often examining themselves (2 Corinthians 13:5) to ensure their right standing with God.
(I'm resisting right now.... not submitting to Christ as Lord and not trusting Him as Saviour)
To answer your question,
if there is a sin in your life, find all the Bible verses you can dealing with that sin, it's consequences, how evil it is, etc.... Then, whenever you find yourself drawn to that sin, think through about all that God has to say about it and bring each and every thought captive to the Word of God. (2 Corinthians 10:3-6)
As with my response and every other persons; when dealing with things about God and the Bible, I would strongly suggest that you examine each of the answers in light of Scripture. See if the verses suggested are in context of surrounding verses, chapter, book, etc.

Read Galatians 5:9, or some where close to that. It talks about the orks of the flesh, and jealousy is a work of the flesh. You have to bind the flesh and the spirit of jealousy in Jesus Name and in it's place loose peace, love and understanding. Matthew 18:18 What ever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and what ever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Emotions are a very hard thing to control but control them we must. Try to think about the bigger picture. Is this person a Christian? If so, God has called this person to be in his organization. If not, why would you want to be like her in any way? One of the fruitages of the spirit is self control. Can you let go and let God? It would be to your advantage to do so.

So are YOU a true Christian? I know you asked for true Christians to answer, but you haven't told us that you are...
If not, then start by dedicating your life to Jesus and go from there.
If you are, the answer to your problems is to be filled with God's Spirit and there will be no room for jealousy, for it is a work of the flesh, which we are to die to daily. God bless, hope you can be filled continuously with God's Spirit.

The seven venial sins are something that we all have to work on. Anger, pride, sloth, (I have a time with that one), jealousy, greed, lust and gluttony. Pray for self-control. It's not easy. Ask your guardian angel for help. I finally did (for one of them) and you know what? I got answered. It was absolutely wonderful. but you have to make an effort. making up a strategy for this one is not something I can advise you on.

Turn to Jesus Christ. Pray and pray and pray and pray.
Don't offer up a 5 minute prayer. Beg God to change your character and mold it to his will. Also search yourself for other sins, also pray God that you will forgive this person, so he will forgive you.
That the only advice i can give, and the only thing i would do. PRAY.

Well why are you jealous. Once you have that answer in your head ask yourself if that something is important in your relationship with God. If it is then you should ask him/her how she has that something with God. If not then everytime you start feeling jealous remind yourself it's not important.
I will pray for you. Good luck
