Although I find your question odd, I did do a little looking around and found that Wikipedia has a wonderful article about chastity belts.

It recommends several models and should be a great starting place for you on your exploration of the topic. While I hope you are using these belts for sexual fun, and not to control someone you don't trust, whatever your reason I hope they work out for you.
