When you fall in love for the first time, you know it because your head over heals for each other. You'll talk on the phone for hours on end. You'll constantly want to hang out with each other. It'll feel as if you've know each other all of your lives. You'll be inseparable. If the both of you still feel the same way after a minimum of 6 months, then there's a good chance that it's true love. If you find that either you are making her angry or she is making you angry more and more frequently, it isn't true love no matter how much you'd want it to be. Another thing, BE YOUR SELF!! If you find yourself having to "act" differently around her than you would normally, lose the act or you'll eventually lose her. If it's truly meant to be, it will.

When you say that you have met "your true love". you imply that there is only one person who can truly love you and vise-versa.
I'm 63 y/o and think that is simply not the case. There is sexual attraction, there is infatuation (I think that they're the same), and there is love. To love some one, you must see them as being an admirable person in addition to having sexual attraction.
To be willing to commit your life to another person, that person must have many positive qualities. They have to be honest, loyal, have similar political and religious views, and respect your viewpoints. If you're a woman, he has to have good income prospects so that your children can be provided a good home. The other person, also, must like to spend their time doing the same things that you do.
Because you have known this person "for so little time" there is no way that you could know if he has these qualities or not. We all want to find some one who "truely" loves us and if we are lonely or are between b/f or g/f, we want to find that person right away.
Be patient and put yourself in places where there is a greater chance that you will meet men who who have these qualities.
If you find someone like this and they think they have found this in you, plus there is a strong romantic attraction, then I think you have found "a" "true love" if this person is willing to commit themseves to you for the rest of their life in marriage.

Love doesn't happen quickly. Let him go. If there is a connection between you that is going to last, distance will not break it. Do not be in a hurry. It can lead to heartbreak. I wish people would become more educated on what love really is.

Well if you want to see him all the time, and only think about him...and you get the butterflies just thinking about him or before you see him...then it may be love. Give it some time, maybe you do but you don't want to rush things.
