It depends on what is available in your area. Look up florists in your local phone book. I would personally rather go buy flowers from a florist versus the floral department at a grocery store. The flowers tend to be fresher and the help better know what he or she is doing.

You want it cheap?..or even free? Get them at the gravesites where fresh flowers have been placed earlier in the morning for the dead to smell at.
That's cheapskate nonetheless
