How would I be able to get nice thighs that are straight from top to bottom? And nice abs.

i dont think anyone has straight thighs, abs, lots and lots of crunches, for thighs try the thigh master.

You are looking for toned firm thighs
Do 3 sets each of the following thrice a week (rest on alternative days)
Multiple Short sprints - (6-8 sprints of 60 m)
Squats (initially without weight)
Lunges (front and side)
Leg extensions & Leg Curls
Eat less fats and sugar( cola/coffee etc.)
Go for easy jogs on the day you rest

Try and use Tummy Trimmer manufactured by Bull-worker Company with single spring which is reasonably priced.

GO TO THE GYM . and ask assistance to the personal trainer . they can give you the right exercise . good luck = )

work out, diet, eat right, crunches, and JUMP ROPE! that's going to really really really help
