pandora needs a chill pill, i didn't hear you say that this is what you do, i heard you ask when it is o.k.
which in its own tells me that you don't know if it is or not.
I don't think either gender enjoys a person throwing themselves at them.
I personally would tend to avoid the person, and feel embarrassed for them.
I would probably be embarrassed for myself if he did it too often.
there are better and more fun and funny ways to turn his head.

It depends on the man. Personally I enjoy the hunt as much as I enjoy the catch. By the way I'm a catch and release kind of guy.
