I feel my mother is jealous of my husband and me..why? because I feel she likes it when we fight and she tells me what to say to him..which lead to fights between us. When he doesn't call I say ''he is probably sleeping now'' and she doesnt like me to think that but she rather I think something else..Besides that she is a good mother. she does everything around the house and it seems she really cares about me but i feel she is a little jealous and starts fights between us.

Sounds like she is not as happy with him as you are. Seems she wants all the attention she can get from you and she gets it by pitting you against your Husband. Sort of like a coach telling his team to lose.

if you live with her get out of her house and on your own put your husband first or you will be devorced soon your not married to your mother your makeing a mistake by allowing mom to run your life there will never be the right man in her eyes she will ruin every relationship you have break off the ties now before its to late

I think she just need some attention. I've a feeling that ur mom & u use to be very close before ur hubby steps in, rite?
She just feels that ur hubby is snatching u away from her. It is her natural response, so just give her some attention & assurances.

i think you should sit down with your mother and tell her that when ever she tells you what to say you get in a fight and you feel like she does it on perpose. i bet she doesn't even know that she is doing it because i use to do that with my sister and her boyfriend. then i realized that i caused them fights. so i told her to say what she feels. so next time your mom tells you what to say. say what you feel not what she feels.

I don't know......just be glad she doesn't blame U everytime u
and ur husband disagree. My mother used to always side with
my ex. It was always my fault. And she would even say, right in
front of us, " Oh, I know how hard it is to live with her, she can't
get along with anybody." So, HE always felt right....Now THAT
SUCKS !!!!!! lol

I think she is just prudent instead of jealous. But it does appear that she sort of dislikes your hub, and maybe in this situation, you'd better be a bridge, which could connect them two, making your mom accept him, and make your hub recognized.

she prolly isnt jealous, she just doesnt like your husband, its a natural thing in most parents, they believe nobody is good enough for their child

Just tell her the next time she tries to tell you what to say MOM i am married to him and i will tell him that i feel i need to say not what you want me to say.LET ME MAKE MY OWN MISTAKES.
