I'm an 8th grader at a 8-12 school and I have a major crush on this 11th grader. He's Hott. We talk alot and he's even said he would date me, but he told one of my close friends that he likes her? I'm very confussed. Could you help me? Should I go ahead and go for him or wait to see?

My dear you are in 8th grade. You have lots of time and years ahead of you. Just because you go out a few times doesn't mean you are carving a relationship into stone right away. My advice if you are unsure, ask him his intentions. Does he want a monogamous relationship or simply a dating and friendly relationship? I guarantee you the only way that you will know is if you ask him because he is not going to just come out and tell you. Work on your communication with this guy before you commit yourself to a serious and dedicated relationship with him. Either way, keep intimacy to an extreme minimum. You have lots of time ahead of you for that.

Don't throw yourself at him, first of all. Second, his maturity is a big factor. If he's an 11th grader with the heart of an 8 year old then don't bother he'll nevr change. If he's smooth, calm, and relaxed then study him a bit more. Third get one of your other frineds to play spy and ask the girl if she likes him back. Fourth you're to young for this crap so quit it ......

You are not confused, something feels wrong because it is. What does that say about him. 17 dating someone 14? It's like you dating a 11 year old! Just chill, there's plenty of time to find yourself first. Then you'll know the answers to these questions yourself.

WAIT and SEE!! Better yet, at your age, you need to wait anyway! Him being HOTT should not be the only reason you like him. Girl, he will use you UP!!! HE will take you as a toy while he messes around with others. PLease be careful. Your friend may not be a friend. She may have talked to him herself. Beware....be loving to her, but watch out. If i were you i would just wait to see!!! Because either A: he is playing games with you and your friend and just trying to see if he can get in both of your pants or B: your friend is a liar and told you that he likes her just because she likes him..Be patient !! He is most likely planning to use you because he thinks you are too inexperienced to know. Stick with guys closer to your age or you will get your heart broken, smashed, and ground into the dirt.

Go for it! Get him before someone else does. I'm sure he likes you and your friend and probably a lot of other girls! Especially at that age guys find lots of girls very attractive! So go for it and see if you guys are compatible and maybe you can get him before the other girls try to!
