I did not see the movie. Don't want to see the movie. However to combat this problem, if it occurred it would seem the best plan of attack would be to put on oxygen masks depressurize and freeze the little critters. Or at least slow them down, then act accordingly.

If you mean "REALLY" saw snakes on a plane I would freak totally out.
If you're talking about the movie...I wouldn't go see it!

well first you'll need to drug me to take me to see the movie.
and if it is real life, I'll just remain calm, someone in the plane knows about snakes and if not, I won't bother them and they won't bother me
or....
I would let my evil ninja squirrels army (they were trained by Björk only 4 me)out from their sen cage (they are chineese squirrel) and they will combat the snakes!!!
