How do you say Hawaii and San Francisco in French?

they are written the same but

Hawaii is pronounced without the "h"
sounds like "awaii"

As for SF, it is pronounced slightly differently. I cannot explain the actual sound with words!! beleive me I tried. However, you can easily get away by saying it the english way.

San Diego (Diego = James)

Same way, it's only the pronunciation which changes.
