i have 6:00 practices everyday weekdays. im a long distance runner. i have 2 questions.
1. how can i run the full 2 miles during practice
2. cramps. i don't get them often but is there a way to not get them at all/
3. am i breathing wrong?

1) You'll have to build up to the 2 miles. If you are new to running, don't worry about running fast, just do the distance. Your coach should be there to support you and offer instruction.

2) Cramps -- usually it's because you are too tense. Relax. Also, avoid a lot of food / beverages right before your run. If you are struck by cramps, turn down your intensity a bit.

Nutrition: keep up a healthy diet, especially carbohydrates. You don't need to go nuts on the carbs (unless you are doing 20+ miles / per week), but don't starve yourself. You need fuel for your runs.
