As sad as it sounds you will never be able to "convince" a girl to do anything sexually releated if she doesn't want to.
It's that simple.
Instead of being self centered why not try talking to her about it.
Yeah it feels great and it's all wonderful but if you don't take the time and effort to prove to her that there is a mature sexual bond between the two of you you're not going to get any where.
It seems that a lot of young people forget that there emotions tied to any type of sexual activity. Unfortunately current media and other forms of entertainment give these young people a very distorted view of what a healthy realtionship is.
In short, smarten up, grow a pair and man up to the relationship.

You should get over it and stop bugging her about it. How would you feel if she was constantly bugging you to do something you didnt want to do? I mean really think about that, say she wanted you to take ballet lessons and you really didn't want to but she kept pushing and pushing you....how long would it be before you said f*ck you, go away you have no respect for me or my feelings so I don't need you! Decide whats more important to you, your gf or your penis!

see your first mistake in stated in your question.
your question makes the assumption that she can be talked into it.
no one, and i mean no one who doewn't want a dick in their mouth is going to have a dick in their mouth, simple as that.
It may work to get her used to the idea, and waithf or her to come around.
