would it be better to start to feel them while over the shirt gentaly then move your way on in,or to petting yor belly and inch there way up? what is the most gentle and non-rushing way of being of moving forward in the relattionship??

Not just reaching out in a somewhat "GIMME!!" gesture. Try kissing her first, and work your way there during. Don't be sudden, especially the first time, or it'll come as a surprise and a bit of a "Wtf?" Starting at her stomach or side is a good idea.

rub her back while kissing,
then feel her back under her shirt
then slowly move it around to the front, and move your hand up and down her side, back around to the back, repeat this and eventually, lightly brush it from the side, and each time get a little bit closer...so she knows its coming, but it'll happen slowly and gently.

Go to her stomach first and go up, since then if she's uncomfortable with your hand on her stomach then she has a chance to let you know. But if she does nothing and just accepts it, then that's it.

i think you need to make sure that she is okay with it first. but, i think it would be better if you put your hand on her stomach and that gradually got closer, because she could stop your hand if she wanted to. just move slow, and make sure she is okay with it. i wouldn't want it to backfire on you.

idk i dont mind i had to force my bf to do it at first because he wasnt shure either whatever works best 4 u in the sertain situation but i think either way u r on track
