ok so my ex boyfriends ex girlfriend called me tonight, she said that dan(our ex) said that he cannot believe he ever hooked up wit me and that i am ugly. Should believe her? She didnt say it in a mean way, but still, i was crying. And now its all i can think of. So should i believe her, or just assume shes being a *****. She also was bragginh about hoe hot she is.
p.s. i think im rather pretty (not to sound snobby)

If he said it then he only said it to make her feel good about herself, he was saying it to her to help himself in her eyes, he most likely does not feel that way about you, in fact I bet that you could still go out with him if you wanted, which you shouldn;t, one thing that I see is wrong here is that you care too much about what others are saying and maybe think about you...don't let it bother you so much, just do what you think is right, and look the way you want to and forget what others think, as long as you are are cool with it thats what really matters...and the guys will come, dont go back to an old bf, always find a new one, better, one that likes you the way you are, and wont talk about you behind your back.....

I don't think you should believe her. All your life people will have things to say about you even if they're good. Sometime you just have to overlook certain people who because they have issues say negative things to make theirselves feel good. I say as long as you know like the Lord knows you're pretty thats all that matters. If you spend the rest of your life worrying about what others say then what good does it do to live your life the way you want because basically you're living life based off of opinions.

you shouldn't let that bother you at all:
-he is your ex, why would you care what your ex has to say about you?
-the girl you talked to might just be making **** up, so you both hate this guy
-she is obviously shallow and not so smart, if she is bragging

Look dear..If it is bugging you that he might have said that..Call him and ask him..Hw will most likely say no either way, but see if he dogs her out..If he does then he most likely did say that..He would be saying it to try to get back with her..Or at least for a night..She is coming back telling you this to try to make herself feel better..To get back at her..Show her that it does not bother you..Tell her something like.."Yea, well he might only be saying that to run his new game on you" Get her thinking, don't say to much!!

Always remember this, she is the one that had him after you. So in her eyes you will more than likely be the enemy to her. She will always have nothing but negative things to say in regards to anything about you or your relationship concerning him. She is being a b*tch. Chances are he said the exact opposite of what she said or he said that to her. She is just trying to make you feel like the trash she is. People at the bottom like to make other people feel lower than them
