I really like this guy but I dont know How to show him I like him without looking desperate or like some nervous wreck. what do guys look for when they want to know a girl likes them?

If you feel this confident about how you feel about the fellow then show him that confidence. Take 2 minuts out of your day and sit down with him if you are able to do so and tell him that you find him attractive and want to spend more time with him.
Plain and simple.
Most fellows , myself included, will be blown away at first and then even more attracted to you because you let him know. The whole social stigma of the guy having to be agressor is actually a large stressor on men over all. If a lady tells us she's attracted to who we are then 9 times out of 10, as long as he's not some moron wanna-be ganster punk, then he's going to say yes.
That's just experince.

Guys love for a woman to boost their ego so to speak. If you don't feel comfortable coming out and telling him then flirt with him. Show him by telling him about his good qualities. More than likely, if he doesn't catch on at first, he'll definitely want to spend more time with you because of how good you make him feel. Then of course, that gives you more of an opportunity to get to know each other and then you won't be as nervous to tell him how you feel. Good luck!!!!

It would depend on how close you two are really..Do you talk/hang out with him alot? There are many ways to do this..You could try the blunt way..Next time you talk to him on the phone say something like."I like you alot..your such a sweetie"..Or you could do the shy way around it if you are shy about it..Try the card thing..A thinking about you card should do the trick..Put something extra on it..Like "Call me later if you feel up to it"..Go from there! Flirting is always a plus..don't go over board though..play hard to get some, guys love that!

Just be friendly around him. Boys and men have what's sort of like a "receiving mechanism" that will pick up on it, unless they're in a coma.
You DON'T NEED to "tell him," "send him cards," ect.

Just show him that you would like to get to know him better... don't focus on trying to show him that you like him, or else you will come off as desperate and needy... just show him that you are interested enough to want to get to know him better. Then once you get to know him better you will better know how to show him that your interests for him are more romantic.

Send him a card; a nice sweet card with not much on it. You don't want to say too much, yet you want it to silently say alot!
He won't be expecting it and it will keep YOU on his mind.
