Maybe if your cat is a movie stay and has a stand in...I honestly do not get why people want to share their toilet with a cat..YUCK!

Why don't you try google..
Really check out the last one a bunch of video's..shows you why IMO that it isn't natural for a cat to go in a toilet. Poor cat has no clue!

Hi there...attach a toy by a string to the lever, prompting the cat to grab it and accidentally force the toilet to flush.

I must caution that the water bill may go up a lot (and if you're living in an apartment they may bill if there's separate meters for each unit) therefore, it's not a good idea to teach as cats like to flush for the sake of watching the water swirl and run up a water bill. Additionally, it's better to be able to observe the samples both leave behind in the event there's a medical problem (diarrhea, darker/stronger urine odour signaling an infection or something more, etc.)

I've never heard of anyone teaching their cats to flush the toilet. There would have to be some kind of reward in it for them, and cats are hard to train. You might try training them to use the guest bathroom toilet or some other hardly used bathroom. That way you don't have to look at unflushed cat poo all the time.

Haha, I wish. We are in the process of training our cats to use the toilet. I hope we are successful.

you already know that video you had on your Profile? "it is a cat..flushing the bathroom..it is a cat..flushing the bathroom". that one. properly my infants watch it regularily and that they snort til they cry. Forgot to assist you to already know that. each and all the cats i've got ever had have been too dumb to apply the bathroom. OR too clever. I propose..I DID freshen up their catlittler packing packing containers.

Nice! How long did it take you to do that? How did you train them? I'm sure you can get them to flush too, but I wouldn't even begin to know how to tell you how to accomplish that. Good luck though. Keep me posted.

No,, but they can be taught to drive a car, thereby allowing them to go to the store to buy toilet paper, to aid in their bathroom habits.
