As I have got offer for job in Oman, but In my passport my present company add. is written instead of my permanent home address, will it create any problem at immigration checking at Mumbai Airport while I go to board the plane. Please suggest.

You must have given your present company address in your passport application form. It is always advisable to have permanent home address on the passport than the employers' address unless it is white or red passport.
Anyhow, you can have the address changed without any big hassle. Apply is the appropriate form with fee and this service is done in a day or two by the authorities.

Why you are taking risk? If you have job over here then there is no need of taking risk.If you will caught in the airport then you will loose both the job.

That may be a problem, but if they let you use your companies address when applied for it then it may not.
