it probablly is 1-subatecous cyst 2-blackhead 3-it needs to be drained immediately

Probably just a inflammed lymph node.
Also could be a small cyst, or ingrown hair.

I can't beat Mag... but seriously, many things: sebacious cyst, ingrown hair, common zit... but you didn't say where, if it was red, etc. If you have pain in that area, could be a disc problem... see your doctor.
