Assuming they are in shape and have a great body? Would the absence of hair make even the most beautiful woman unattractive? I'm not talking about recovering cancer patients or fat old women, but say a woman in her late 20's, large breasts, nice hips, all that good stuff, just no hair (or clean shaven head).

Yes I think bald women is comparitively less attractive. Besides having a great body, women should have looks of a women. That fetches the rerqusite look and attraction from others. A bald woman appears to be a queer fish and is likely to be signalled out. If you are thinking of going bald, I would suggest against.
I think you yourself second or hold the same view.

It depends. In addition to the features you mentioned, she would have to have a beautiful face, good skin tone, good shape to the head, and no protruding ears.
