I installed sims 2 on my computer and then at the end it said to put in Disk 1... so i did. But then it gave me an error saying that it isnt the correct disk. Can someone help me?? I know it has a crack on it but when i tried to copy the sims 2.exe onto the tsbin, it wouldnt let me. It came up on the "files waiting to be downloaded on cd" and so i pressed ok and it said the disk was not writable or full. Please Someone...I NEED HELP!!! :(

If you have registered your game, you're probably in luck. Just go to the EA site and ask for support.

If you can save your disk to your hard drive, you might be able to install it from there. Instructions to do that are on the next link.

There are five pages of questions for troubleshooting and finding a solution, but you can email them for support if nothing there is helpful. In your email, let them know which things you already tried, so they don't tell you step by step to do them.

If u just got it the best thing to do is go and exchange. I think when it says its full, u need a new disk to copy not one that has something on it already.

you can't use the cd if it's cracked. if it's cracked, the information that it is sending doesn't get through. all you can do is buy a new game.
