By Cheap do you mean free? You can look at BitTorrent as a way to find programs to download, but beware that many illegal copies of programs often have virus in it so you best make sure you have an anti-virus program running.

If you are looking at inexpensive, then try ebay or if you are a student, there are many places on the net that have big discounts, like efollet.com

http://www.bigdoggpinc.com/ has been announced in Yahoo Answers for awhile now this site is really a one stop shop place. What I like is the Try before you buy tab located on the top right in the tab section, and the wonderful way they allow you to search for software in the box below on the homepage. I think this may be what you are looking for and also http://www.videohelp.com/ both site are tops on my bookmark, I really now have a shorty bookmark section because of these 2 sites. It is really unfair that much information is at my reach-lol

I have ordered several times from them and have always been pleased with my purchase. www.worldstart.com also has some great buys on software, with free shipping. I have ordered from both places, and have always received my items within the week. Good luck

Just don't. You're opening yourself up for all kinds of security problems, not to mention legal issues. It isn't worth the hassle... pay for what you need, don't get stuff you don't.
