Mi labor certification was been aproved by USCIS therefore I have to wait for the visa available...my question is as soon as I will get the visa. Will I get my green card at once or do I need to wait and how long?

If the labor certification was approved, the visa petition can be approved as soon as there is one available.

As for a green card, that depends on whether your employer has petitioned for you as an H non-immigrant or as an E immigrant. If an H, you will have to apply for adjustment of status in the US. If an E, your resident status will be granted as soon as you enter the US. The green card will come later in the mail.
