First and most important, be confident in who you are. Do not show how attracted you are or he will run. See what his interests are and go from there, if he likes movies, suggest a good one to go see or rent, if he likes NASCAR see if you can watch a game together, take it slow and show him what there is to like about you too.

juz ask him if he likes u. don't talk 2 him when your friends r with him. he will become even more shy. lol. guys say its really hard 2 ask girls out and talk 2 them when the girls friends r there b cuz they're afraid of them making fun of him. they don't want 2 look stupid.
