I am a nurse in a hospital. When patients makes sexual comments to a nurse, the charge nurse will usually send in the nurse manager to talk to the patient. And, then, a male nurse, if available, will be assigned to that patient.
In the case of a physician, she will likely have a male colleague reassigned to you or will bring your assigned nurse in the room during your exam.
