It depends on how many calories you eat and how many your body burns. If your 3 small meals are 800 calories x 3 = 2400, then you should exercise to prevent weight gain. On the other hand if your small meals are say 400 calories then you do not need to. Its all about calorie math not on the size of meal you eat.

I dont believe so. Its not as if your bosy instantly adds the calories to fat/weight and then you must subtract them. You need a certain amount of calories just to keep your body going ( heart beating, breathing, etc.) and burn many calories throughout the day doing various activites. Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories in a day than you have taken in, and then some. So- you need a diet that covers your nutritional needs, a fair caloric intake, and excercise that helps build strength as well as burns calories to lose weight. A family doctor or dietician could help you with this.

Don't exercise until after 30mins after your meal. Strive for atleast 30mins of exercise, 5 times a week.

3500cals = 1lb. So if you can lose 3500cals in 1 week, youll drop a pound. Goodluck

Some people do some people don't. Guess you'll soon find out! Although you can lose muscle not eating enough and not exercising, that's not attractive either.
