Haha, it would be much easier if you told her.
But okay, this always works.
Find a way to get into the topic of "liking."
When your conversation is going steadily, suggest that you have feelings of her. (Without saying it directly, or hinting to her TOO obviously). Then....pretend that you think she doesn't like you, say certain things that would indicate that you like her, but you don't think she has feelings for you.
When she realizes this is what you're thinking (of course, this is just an "act") she'll be eagar to tell you that she has feelings for you.
If she takes time to tell you, she's probably unsure and nervous, so leave....as in....leave the conversation -walk away, sign off, tell her you have to go- then she'll make sure she tells you so you wont go home feeling bad. Her "womanly nurturing" will not let you go home feeling "rejected" so she'll definitely tell you before you leave.
Then maybe you can kiss her. Haha, no....that's all up to you from there.

a lot of girls are too shy to speak up and tell you they like you, but yet some aren't too shy. most girls wait for the guy to take the initiative and tell the girl he likes them. but i think if she really does like you she'd make it obvious. like go out of her way to talk to you, or flirt with you while there are other guys around.

Kiss her when she doesn't expect it, not a deep kiss, just a peck and if she acts all shy and stuff after you do it, then you know she likes you.

You need to readjust your thinking. That's not exactly how you go about it. JUST START TALKING TO HER and then take it from there!

say things you hate about yourself, and say that alot of people hate you, and she'll say" i like you" and then ask, in what way =) after that release your feelings for her =) IF U DON'T FOLLOW THAT THEN YOUR DOOMED!

look at her pupils. if shes int-rested her pupils will get bigger.
