Because women feel so much pressure to look perfect and to be skinny.

That's the thing - what is perfect can be different to different people. They take cues from what they think are the standards they need to live up to - which in most cases are airbrushed perfection. They have a lot of pressure on them to look good. You can help by being a positive presence for girls in your life by helping them feel good about how they look.

Because of the stupid media. The tv, movies, and magazines use the computer to make the model or celebrity thinner. Women think that they have to live up to that unreal image to be beautiful. Its sad.

Well since i'm a gal myself, i would say that all gals worry about their shape no one seemed to be perfect, ask any gal out there, it's either their hip,their face, their butt, their hands and so forth and you will never find an outright answer....

All girls are like that. I am 15 and I feel fat all the time but I am completley like where i should be ya know...some days i feel fat and other days i feel perfect...

Guys have this way of blurting out who's hot to them...pop. girls in school, models, actresses etc. and girls check it out and see whats so hot...then look at ourselves and compare. It's unfair but look at it this way: they would get pretty lonely if we all looked like models...and so would we! Dont let it bother ya.

its a self concious thing... many girls think that most guys are looking at them and thinking that they are fat... i no for me its hard to eat infront of a guy... its like they are watching me and thinking that im gunna b sum fat chick and no1 really wants to b fat... also sum girls that dont think they are fat say that they think they are fat cause otherwise it sounds up themselves... its just a self concious thing that almost every girl faces... hope that helps... :)

I don't know maybe it's because they want to look like those nasty Ethiopian looking women in magazines, instead of looking like a real woman. It definitely can't because they want to please guys, because every guy I've ever known hates boney chicks.
