Ok, this is the deal:

I worked with a girl who was engaged
She hit on me.
Alot.
We never EVER did a thing
I wasn't exactly interested in her too say the least
After about a month of NOTHING I decided that I should tell her finance about what she was doing.
I did and ended up getting fired because they didnt want her and I working together and she had been there longer than I had.

Now do you people think I did the right or wrong thing?

You should file a discrimination suit. If the harassment went on long enough that you felt it necessary to tell her fiance and you told her to stop yet she did not, you have been harassed. Her time in service should have had no bearing on it whatsoever. Yes, you did the right thing. Don't let the company railroad you now.

You did the WRONG thing. You don't tell the fiance. You deal with her exclusively and tell her that her advances are unwelcome, and if she continues then that would constitute as sexual harrassment on her part. Then she would have been reprimanded and that would have made her leave you alone for good. You still would have your job today.

You should have thought about the consequences before you told someone else what was going on. You should have kept your knowledge to yourself.

you really should have stayed out of their business and not said anything to him. it was more of a matter between you and the girl. you should have spoke with her and put an end to it, not run and tattle on her.

I think that it would have been better to stay out of it... I would have let it known that I wasn't interested and then let him/her hang theirselves... you might still have your job if you hadn't interferred
