I'm a sz 2, and at a good weight, but my arms look flabby and disproportional to the rest of my body. How can I tone them? Lifting weights is my last choice, any suggestions?

lots of ways, including weights. here are a few, going from the least "weights-like" to the weights themselves:

1. swimming
2. rowing
3. pilates type exercises
4. push ups
5. chin-ups and dips (see if you can use a machine in a gym that allows assisted chins and dips)
6. weights

If I were you, I wouldn't resist weights so much. You can do toning exercises with light weights and a lot of repetitions. Dumbells are perfect for what you want. There are a lot of good exercises that are not hard, and they won't bulk you up.

if you dont want to lift weights you could buy some exercise bands some have handles and just use your body as resitance. also push ups will work your arms and abs. play lots of sports that use mostly your arms. it will probably take longer that way than lifting weights.
