if you and your ex were in love when you were dating but broke up because one moved away, and then you (went back) and saw your ex with someone, who would you rather have it be? if you still had feelings for him/her, how would you feel if they were with someone a lot like you? how about if they were a lot different? just wonderin, thanks

i would not want to see them with anybody else at all, but if i had to, then id say different. if the person was like me, then id really wonder why we broke up. id feel even worse about it because i was being replaced-or maybe they still loved me that that was what they were searching for-another me. id want the person to be different so i wouldnt feel as much confusion, pain, and guilt.

I would have to say that I would want them to be with someone different.....I would want to continue believing that my ex didn't like the way I was as opposed to just me in particular.....

well id rather not see any ex-s at all becaus enow i am happily married, but if i had to pick i guess id say someone like me because that would mean they still wanted someone like me they actually wanted me all along but couldnt have me so they went for someone like me

well I didn't really have a choice. Mine is with someone just like herself. Nothing like me. I like it better that way because it's not me. If he was like me it would probly make me feel like i was replaced.
