I know it seems like everything is so different. Find something that you used to from back in New Orleans. And you have a life, live it. I totally understand why you feel have to feel guilty. I moved from a small town to a big city. My parents didnt want me to go but did i listen no because it's a growing pain. Another chapter in your book, make it as beautiful and as colorful as you want. If everything is still going well go back and get your stuff. good luck. and have fun

Get QUALITY friends... listen to good music... STAY BUSY... make your new stomping grounds home. Nothing wrong with being home sick. Just keep moving forward and thank God for every day the sun comes up. You never know what tomorrow could bring so Carpe Diem. Set goals and WORK to accomplish them. You'll be very happy you did. Look out world... here you come!

Homesick for your belongings? or your family? If it's yr family, give them a call and hopefully u'll be able to solve the issue between u and them. If you miss your stuffs at home, well......either u forget about it or go home and own it back.

belongings schelongings
you're not homesick then, so change the attitude
you'll get new stuff your whole life and get rid of stuff your whole life, so get a grip
if you're happy where you are, get new stuff and leave the unhappy past along with your junk behind you.
its good for you to rid yourself, purge, if you will, to let go bad, unhappy feelings about the family you now are finally away from, right?

3 ways.
1.) Go Home for a visit
2.) Get in trouble with the law, and get arrested and thrown in county jail. You can make friends with Big Georgette and she will make you feel at home.
or
3.) have a lobotomy :-)
