it's probably alprazolam, a generic version of xanax, an anti-anxiety drug. If it's not prescribed to you, flush it down the toilet.

Well after doing a search with G3721...xanax keeps popping up. If its blue it is a 1 milligram dosage.
For more info....type in G3721 images..and see what you come up with. See if that picture matches what you have.
You could also call the poison control center and they should be able to tell you what it is. You can stay anonymous,,so you don't have to worry they will know who you are.

Found this on pill identification site:

Many pill identification imprints are provided for four of the benzodiazepine class of drugs - alprazolam (Xanax), clonazepam (Klonopin), diazepam (Valium) and lorazepam (Ativan). Pharmer.org will continue to compile pill identifier numbers for the benzodiazepines.

Benzodiazepines (benzos) are central nervous system depressants. They are used for the short-term relief of anxiety, insomnia, sedation, muscle relaxation and treatment of seizures. These drugs are sometimes referred to as minor tranquilizers.

As with narcotic analgesics, long-term use of benzodiazepines can result in tolerance and dependency. Because of the serious withdrawal syndrome associated with this class of drug, benzodiazepines should never be stopped abruptly. It is recommended that the dosage be slowly tapered down.

Viagra but don't quote me on that!

throw it away. It could be laced with poison and planted for you to find.

disclaimer: I am not responsible for what anyone does with found drugs or any information I provide as anecdotal conjecture.

If you dont know what it is, dont take it. Simple as that. If it isnt your drug, then whoever it was, even if you return it to them, wouldnt have any use for it any more anyway. So it is better to kill your curiosity, and just throw the pill away.

I wouldn't take it if I were you. I'd ask a pharmacist to identify this pill, then you could decide whetever or not you should take it.
