In Icelandic it's "Get ég hjálpað þér?" if you're asking one person and "Get ég hjálpað ykkur?" if you're asking more than one person. We usually ask though "Do you need help?", which would be "Vantar þig hjálp?" for one person and "Vantar ykkur hjálp?" for many people.
