I like to meet many kinds of people but I'm constantly surprised when I ask if someone is Jewish and I'm totally off.
Maybe due to intermarriage etc. the Jewish "look," if there ever was one, is very unreliable.

What do my fellow Jews think of this? Do you bemoan this fact or celebrate it?

How often are you wrong (what %?) thank you. I just find this interesting and I don't mean to offend anyone.

I'm not Jewish, but I went to a mostly Jewish college. I can spot a Jew like that (snap fingers). I will say I am wrong 3% of the time, and I'm thrown by blonde hair.
