To dry peppers, cut them open, remove the seeds and ribs, and cut them into thin strips. Thread a piece of butcher’s twine through them and hang the line in a sunny, airy place. The peppers will dry, shrink, and turn leathery. Leave them on the line and use as needed.

get a thick string and a needle that you are able to see the eye. Poke the threaded needle through the jalepeno peper stalk one right after the other til you are done.Hang them in a cool place like a: basement or an atic. You will know when they are dried out.Please when using hot peppers ,wear gloves in case,one of them has a hoie in it and you wipe your eye!(even when your threading them together or preparing them for use ,Always use gloves as a precaution!!!!!)
