When you go to a restaurant such as Ihop, they ask you how would you like your eggs made? I usually picked scrambled, but what are my other choices?

Poached, fried, sunny-side-up, an omelet... in your dessert, in pancakes, etc. =P.

But don't get sunny-side-up it's so undone, I'd rather get it done for the most part and some of the yolk still yolky because I don't mind that. What I do mind is eating some raw egg whites, *shudder*

Don't go to IHOP, just make your own eggs! For a single omelet I use two eggs, a tablespoon of milk (added to the beaten eggs), and while it's cooking, I use some of my favorite toppings (green bell peppers, cheddar, and ham!). You could easily turn that omelet into scrambled eggs too! =).

Here are some of the ways that I know how eggs are prepared. Hope it's helpful. Sunny side up, over medium, scrambled, fried, poached, hard boiled and soft boiled oh yeah also basted. (pronounced with long A sound)

I get my eggs over-medium. That's similar to over-easy (sunny side up) except that the yolk is cooked a little longer so it is not quite so runny.

funny.. in my late teens, we used to hangout at Denny's alot (only place opened in the early am). so I used to always get a breakfast. I had a rotation...

Scrambled
sunnyside up
over easy
over medium
over hard
poached (sometimes they would do it, depended on the cook)
hard boiled (" " ")

then back to sunnyside :)

Other ways, uncommon first: coddled eggs. Basted eggs, hard boiled, softboiled, over easy, over meduim, over hard. poached.
