I'm sorry, your question is sort of incomplete. How can you fix what? What program are you using, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, a webcam? When you say "you can only see others but not her" does that mean they have given you access and premission to view them by downloading or adding a picture to their messenger service or webcam and she hasn't? If you are using a messenger service like Yahoo or MSN, you might want to ASK HER to load a picture for viewing.

Just have them email it to you its easier
