You need to provide more information.
Do you mean Slavic-Macedonian or real (Greek) Macedonian?
Since real (Greek) Macedonian is a Greek dialect every Greek speaks Macedonian since they are the same! So I speak real (Greek) Macedonian.
If you mean the Slavic-Macedonian language (Makedonski) then you will need to find Slav-Macedonians from FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) who speak Slavic-Macedonian (Makedonski) or Bulgarians.
The Slav-Macedonian language belongs to the eastern sub-branch of the South Slavic branch of the Slavic branch of the Indo-European family of languages. The closest relative of Slavic-Macedonian is Bulgarian.
The Bulgarian standard is based on the more eastern Slavic dialects and the Slavic-Macedonian standard is based on the more western dialects.
Slavic-Macedonian is mutually intelligible with Bulgarian and the Torlakian dialects, which are spoken in parts of Bulgaria and Serbia. Concerning these latter dialects, it should be mentioned that some linguists have classified them as Bulgarian on typological grounds. Slavic-Macedonian language is not recognized language from the Bulgarian state, as there are many reasons that it should be considered a Bulgarian dialect. Serbian linguists insist that they are dialects of Serbian. But the standard Slavic-Macedonian has a higher degree of mutual intelligibility with standard Bulgarian than with standard Serbian.
In conclusion if you want a speaker of real (Greek) Macedonian you will need to find a Greek, but if you want a speaker of Slavic-Macedonian you need a Slav-Macedonian or Bulgarian.
