What are you afraid of? Once you break it down to the reason, you can start working on fixing the problem.
Talk to women who are your colleagues or classmates and then gradually progress.

Ok that was just tp pull you leg, but I think you should start talking to them. I mean, they wont bite you or claw you like cat or slap you (unless you touch in the wrong places). Worse comes to worse, they'll just ignore you.

start with the girl your most comftorble with like a friend and ask them to help you with some of your problems
i dont think your scared of women u just need to get used to them more

just remember that these women are only human just like you are. just stay calm when you see a woman you might want to approach,be yourself. dont try to be someone else.
