Yes, but like human, much of it likely becomes white noise. Consider what you are doing right now. Are you only reading this screen? No, you are doing a thousand different things right now. First off, your eyes are not just processing this sentence, but all the surrounding material within you visual range. You are also listening to the sounds around you, though you may be ignoring them, your brain is still processing the audio information. What's the temperature in the room. Your brain is processing inputs from a million difference nerve endings. Are you breathing, that is another function. I could go on forever listing all the things you are doing right now while reading this sentence, but much of it becomes white noise, until you pay specific attention to it. In God it is the same. He is processing information inputs from unlimited sources, until he decides to needs to pay attention to some specific action. In many ways, you are much like God, in that you are processing data from your little universe, and he does it from all universes.

The real question is, "How CAN a god, as described in the bible, exist???"
Firstly, as you admitted, the supposed god is all knowing and all powerful...
This has quite a few implications...
Because he is supposed to know everything, he must also know the future. If he created the universe, and everything in it, knowing the outcome of everything the whole time, then EVERYTHING bad that's ever happened, HE meant to happen. Also, because he knows the future, and because each of us were supposedly made by him, he would also have known every one of OUR futures before he made us too. If our futures are known, meaning that they can't turn out any other way, then how is it possible that we have FREE WILL??? Also, since he would know all of our futures before we are even made, each time someone goes to, "hell," god MEANT for him to do that... That would make god evil...
There can be no such god as described in the bible... The very definition of that god contradicts itself...
This one might be a stretch, but if the supposed god exists, and knows the future, then he also knows HIS future. Meaning that he, and all of us, are bound to whatever the future holds, and we cannot escape it. We are without free will, if the god of the bible exists.

What a strange question, although,
1. if you are married God is present with you and your husband. The Ecstasy you are experiencing is a small taste of what you will feel while in the presents of God himself..
2. He knows if you are faking it, but he considers that your PROBLEM...since you are essentially Lying by faking it...

Yes, but keep in mind that He also knows that these things hold different significance to physical beings than to spiritual ones. That is, God doesn't have a sexual side, so watching us "do it" doesn't turn Him on. He probably cares that you "fake it," but only because you aren't getting everything out of sex you were meant to.

umm, I'm just going to ignore your question here for a sec and just say that as far as I know God has watchers... and the watchers have something else, sorry I forgot what they're called... it's a little more complicated then God actually seeing everything and all at once... but at the same time he kind of does... I'm horrible at explaining :/
p.s and don't worry about that... he made every part of our body, and that's all natural... it's not like you should be embarrassed about anything.

God created us, made us breedable so I don't think he is watching and getting off on the same thing that happens billions and billions of times daily. He is interested in the product of that act not the act itself.

Scared that you might be discovered?
That is an indication that you might be wrong in your thinking.
Would a omnipotent Creator actually want you to be self-conscious?
Could the perfect love be any less for one certain person?
You are the most, and best, of the goodness of the Omnipotent One, and created in that likeness.
Wow! How wonderful!
Thanks for helping me to attain this realization!

Whatever you do, say or think that is godly, that God sees. God only sees what is godly. God is the source of life. So when we do, say or think something ungodly then we are turning away from life. What is there without life? There is only death without life.
