I would no to get infected with those programs, what should I have to do to prevent it?

Spyware Blaster is free and protects your computer. It isn't like the other ones that remove the adware or spyware...this one never lets it on your computer at all.

I'm not sure what SpySheriff is, but if you don't go to porn sites, use Firefox and don't accept cookies except from trusted websites, you're good. To not except cookies in Firefox, go to TOOLS > OPTIONS > PRIVACY > COOKIES. Then, towards the bottom of the screen you will see something that says "keep cookies." Set it to "ask every time." You can do the same thing in IE and surely every other browser worth the time it took to code, but since I don't believe in IE, I'm not going to give instructions for it.

You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
This double whammy will help keep you safe.

get antivirus programs noton is the best one out there cost alot try the AVG free version u can get this at download.com

Keep it in your pants and it shouldn't get infected and if you take it out be sure to always use a condominium to prevent accidents.
