lol..easy..FLIRT make him like you its not hard just dont be to forward it might take a long time to make it work. Also 11 is a lil young to be dating wait till your 13 or 14. Trust Me starting that stuff early makes stuff hard

k, i dont even think i liked girls at 11, if someone told me stuff like kissing, holding hands, romantic stuff, or juast ask if i liked boobs, i would go like "EWWW, girls make me sick". Ur too ypung for boys, wait for some years, 14 or 15 would be the right age.
